The evolution of agriculture has faced significant challenges, particularly in harvesting. Previously reliant on manual labor, the sector now grapples with a severe shortage of farmworkers, as economic incentives draw laborers to urban areas. To address this, the Ministry of Agriculture introduced the Farm Machinery Bank scheme for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), aiming to alleviate labor shortages and enhance efficiency.

Despite the adoption of this scheme, many FPOs struggle to provide effective access to farm machinery for their members, limiting its potential benefits. At our startup, we aim to bridge this gap by facilitating seamless access to farm machinery for FPO shareholders. Through innovative solutions and collaborative partnerships, we empower FPOs to optimize machinery utilization, ensuring equitable access and enhanced productivity for all stakeholders. By addressing these challenges, we strive to support agricultural efficiency and sustainability.
